You may notify us of your withdrawal within 14 calendar days after delivery. Email info@calzzito.com or use the withdrawal form.
How to return an item
- Tell us you wish to return it and provide the order number.
- Wait for our instructions and pack the item safely.
- Send it to: C/Ateneo Obrero de Luanco, nº1, Bajo, Local 9, 33440 Luanco, Asturias, Spain.
If you simply change your mind, you pay the direct return cost. If the item is faulty or incorrect, Calzzito provides the remedy required by law.
Condition
You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. Keep labels, accessories and original packaging where possible. Handling beyond what is necessary may reduce the refund. A hygiene exception applies only to genuinely sealed goods when properly disclosed before purchase.
Exchange or refund
Exchanges are subject to availability. Refunds are made to the original payment method within the legal period; we may wait until the item or proof of return has been received.
